1. Account-specific and non-transferable
Membership is linked to one registered ELYSIANS account and membership number. It may not be sold, shared, transferred, or used to obtain benefits for another person unless the offer expressly allows it.
2. Activation and term
- A pending membership activates only after payment is verified.
- The plan’s duration, price, projected dates, and purchase type are shown before acceptance.
- A renewal normally begins after the current active term ends and is not automatic.
- Test-mode memberships created during development are not proof of a live commercial payment.
3. Eligible benefits
- Benefits apply only while membership is active and only to offers clearly identified as VIP eligible.
- Discounts do not combine unless the specific offer expressly permits stacking.
- The system may validate membership number, account identity, active dates, payment status, and usage limits.
- Changing future plan benefits or prices does not shorten a fully paid active term, but future purchases and renewals may use updated terms.
4. Current standard enrollment benefits
The current platform supports a 15% full-payment discount on eligible Reiki and subject enrollments and a 2% on-time discount on eligible installments, excluding downpayments. A published offer or billing preview determines whether a benefit applies to a particular transaction.
5. Misuse, suspension, and correction
ELYSIANS may suspend or cancel benefits for account sharing, false identity, payment reversal, fraudulent use, harassment, security abuse, or material breach. Incorrect discounts or duplicate benefits may be corrected before final payment. Lawful consumer remedies remain available for billing or service errors.
6. Cancellation and refunds
An unpaid pending purchase may be cancelled from the account when available. Activated-membership refunds, duplicate payments, provider errors, and benefit-use disputes are handled under the Cancellations & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
