1. Practitioner selection and assignment
- If you select a specific eligible practitioner, the request may be routed directly to that practitioner while remaining visible to authorized Management staff.
- If you select “Any available practitioner,” the request remains with Management until an eligible practitioner is assigned.
- A practitioner may accept, decline, return the request to Management, or propose another schedule.
- ELYSIANS may reassign a request when availability, safety, scope, conflict, or operational requirements make reassignment appropriate.
2. Client information and contact release
Before practitioner acceptance, limited client information may be shown. Full contact information needed for coordination is released only after acceptance or confirmation, subject to the Privacy Notice.
3. Schedule confirmation
When a practitioner proposes another schedule, ELYSIANS may issue a secure confirmation link. The client must accept the proposal or request another schedule before it becomes final. Confirmation links may expire, be replaced, or be revoked for security reasons.
4. Scope and informed participation
- Read the published service scope, format, duration, boundaries, price, and suitability information before proceeding.
- Provide accurate information reasonably relevant to safe delivery, accessibility, scheduling, and professional boundaries.
- Do not rely on a service as emergency care, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or a guaranteed prediction.
- You remain responsible for decisions, actions, and professional care outside the service scope.
5. Online and in-person participation
Online clients are responsible for a reasonably private environment, stable connection, and a safe physical setting. In-person locations may change for safety or operational reasons. Recordings are not permitted unless all affected persons provide written consent.
6. Fees, cancellation, and rescheduling
The confirmed service summary and checkout state the applicable price, payment timing, and any specific cancellation condition. General rules are explained in the Cancellations & Refunds Policy.
7. Practitioner boundaries and refusal
A practitioner may pause, modify, or end a session when the request is outside scope, consent is withdrawn, conduct is unsafe or abusive, required information is withheld, or continuing would conflict with professional or ethical duties.
