- Service-request information, preferred schedules, format, location, practitioner choice, and accessibility needs.
- Reiki applications, readiness responses, interview or assessment records, enrollment status, and completion records.
- Independent-subject eligibility, agreements, class participation, lesson progress, submissions, feedback, and discussions.
- VIP membership records, plan choice, membership number, term, benefits, renewal, and agreement history.
- Billing records, payment status, transaction references, checkout links, and payment-provider responses. ELYSIANS does not intentionally store complete payment-card details.
- Professional-partner profiles, assignments, agreements, schedules, earnings, and service-request decisions.
- Technical and security data such as authentication events, browser information, audit logs, and information needed to prevent abuse or unauthorized access.

- To create and secure accounts and restore the correct destination after sign-in.
- To review Reiki applications and manage approved enrollments.

Before a partner accepts a client service request, only limited client information is shown. Full coordination details are released after acceptance or when otherwise required to deliver the requested service.
5. Storage, security, and international processing
ELYSIANS uses organizational, physical, and technical safeguards including account authentication, role-based access, database policies, protected files, audit logs, and server-side functions. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Some providers may process or store information outside the Philippines subject to contractual and technical safeguards.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, account administration, contractual records, learning credentials, financial and tax obligations, dispute resolution, security, or legal claims. Records may be archived, blocked, anonymized, or deleted when no longer required.

The website uses essential session storage, cookies, or similar browser technologies for sign-in, security, preferences, protected-route continuity, and checkout return paths. Advertising trackers are not currently part of the website. This notice will be updated before any non-essential analytics or advertising technology is introduced.
